Cremation Options

We offer three cremation options; each choice can be modified to meet your families want and needs:

1. Traditional Cremation Service is similar to a traditional funeral service, except cremation will follow instead of a casketed burial. This can be accomodated by the use of a cremation casket (casket that is designed to be cremated. Following the viewing, service or ceremony, and eventual cremation, the cremated remains can be buried, properly scattered, or retured to the family for safe keeping. Urns are used to hold the cremated remains.
2. Memorial gatherings are another service option that would occur after the cremation has taken place. The urn is usually displayed at the service, which can take place in any setting preferred by the family.
3. Direct Cremation Services can be arranged as an immediate disposition of your loved one. Most often, followed by a memorial service at a church, funeral home or other location. A Memorial Service is one where the body is not present. Family can also choose to do a viewing for family and friends before the cremation occurs. Viewing can be a very important setp in acknowledging that a death has occured. Having some type of service or ceremony is also key to a helathy recovery of a loss.
